There hasn't been one post in those forums/threads.
The post is there for a purpose, but why aren't we using it?
I dunno, I feel like it's sitting there for nothing, which it shouldn't be...

The upgrade application's usual purpose is if you feel like you have earned your rank up, but haven't received it yet, then you enter the application to get it. That way the Red Lord's and highers know and are reminded, that way they can discuss it and rank you up.

Everyone has likely received the rank up they needed, but if you haven't, feel free to post away in there. I have no issue with it xD
