Useful Training Information for Trainers

Warrior ranks and Guard ranks

Training:
What are the duties of a warrior/guard
- Go over information
- Go over tips and strategies
- Given a mission after completion of information with one partner
*The lead will survey the progress and report back to an LC

Requirements in order to rank of from the beginner rank
- Must at least participate in 3 carnages
- Must spar the lead of their command
- Must complete at least 3 training sessions to rank up
- Must be mostly active and participate often

Assassin ranks and scout ranks
What are the duties of a warrior/guard?
- Go over information
- Training techniques includes how to sneak without being spotted
- Territorial boundaries discussion
- Given a mission of the lead's choice. Lead will survey the progress and report back to an LC for evaluation

Requirements in order to rank up from the beginner rank
- Must participate in at least 3 sparing sessions at random with a partner
- Must spar the lead of their command
- Must complete at least 3 training sessions to rank up
- Must be mostly active and participate often

Herbal Ranks
What are the duties of a healer
- Go over information
- Training techniques (How to sew, best herbs, etc..)
- Given a job of the lead's choice. Lead will survey the progress and report back to an LC

Requirements in order to rank up from the beginner rank
- Must heal at least 3 carnagers
- Must complete at least 3 training sessions to rank up
- Must complete a skills test issued by the lead Healer
- Must be mostly active and participate often

Sparring sessions will be conducted on the weekends or when most members are present.
Training sessions will be conducted at random. Be prepared.

Now that others have ranked up, they are able to train all the ranks. We now have active high and sub high tiers to help everyone out with training sessions, and if needing more help, then you can come to the Red Lords for assistance and such.
